It’s time for another Tuesday Tip! This week we’re talking about one of my favorite subjects: serving gluten-free cake! There is nothing worse than making a beautiful cake, only to have it ruined because of my lack of spacial skills. Luckily, I have the solution: dental floss! Yes, it’s true! Simply wrap a long length of unflavored, unwaxed dental floss around your finger, pull taut, and carefully saw back and forth. Perfectly straight, even slices every time! No more mangled cakes here!
