Happy first-Tuesday-of-2014! Betcha haven’t gotten that one yet, have you? Let’s start off the year with a simple yet oh-so-helpful tip. I don’t know about you, but being gluten-free, I eat A LOT of rice. And when you eat this much of something, it better be good. One of the easiest ways to ensure that your rice is soft and fluffy every time is just to add one teaspoon of lemon juice for every quart of water as you cook. That’s it–cook exactly as you normally would, but marvel in the extra fluffiness of your rice when you finish! Happy Cooking!
