Tuesday Tip: Prevent Discoloration in Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes are the food of the Southern U.S. So even though we may not have been born here in Texas, we got here as fast as we could and have learned a thing or two about cooking this classic southern treat. Sweet potatoes are delicious in so many ways, but they’re especially fun to eat when they retain their gorgeous orange coloring. Keep yours pretty by adding a slice of peeled lemon to the pan while cooking. Enjoy!
