Tuesday Tip: How to Make Iced Coffee (without watering it down)

Hello excellent readers! Today’s Tuesday Tip is brought to you by early mornings and hot Texan summers. Seriously, when you have to get up and start baking at 3:00am, you really can’t forgo the coffee. But then there’s the whole “it’s already 100 degrees in the middle of the night in San Antonio and now I have to turn the ovens on to 500 degrees to bake bread” thing. Iced coffee is a good alternative, but if you don’t scarf it down fast enough you just end up with cold coffee water. UNLESS you follow today’s tip – once your brewed coffee has cooled, pour any  leftovers into an ice tray and leave overnight. Then in the morning, pop them in your fresh coffee for some delicious iced coffee, without watering it down! You’re welcome 🙂
