Tuesday Tip: How to flour baking surfaces

The bane of any baker’s day is the huge mess created from flour flying all over the place! At least at the Little Aussie Bakery & Cafe, you don’t ever have to worry about any of that flour containing any nasty gluten, because we only use 100% gluten free ingredients. Nevertheless, we still prefer not to have flour flying every which way. So, we use today’s handy baking tip to keep things just a bit tidier – use a sugar shaker filled with {gluten free} flour to dust any baking surfaces.
