Each month, we post a new recipe from the special Little Aussie Bakery & Cafe vault. We also get some great contributions from other great blogs and local restauranteurs as well. Post in the comments if you have suggestions for a recipe you’d like to see, or even your own you would like to share!
All recipes are always 100% gluten free. Most are dairy free (or modifiable to be), as well as friendly towards other allergens such as corn, fructose, soy, and nuts.

the cranberry gluten free . bread I would love to have a recipe for that.I live out of state in the state of Missouri and would like to have the recipe it’s too expensive to order
Hi Rosa, thanks for your comment! Unfortunately, we haven’t quite been able to convert our commercial recipes for home use, but why not try our bread mix? Follow the instructions and add cranberries and cinnamon to the mix! Happy baking!
Do you have gf pie crust?
Indeed! At our bakery, we have pressed out pie crusts and raw pastry dough (both gf!) for making pies and the top shell. You can also check out our recipe for making pie crust from scratch!
I would love to see your amaretto cake recipe or the vegan chocolate cake one!
A good start to making the vegan chocolate cake is using our chocolate cake mix. Just substitute the 3 eggs with an egg replacer (bananas or applesauce would also provide the moisture and binding that eggs provide) to make it vegan. Then find a good, fudgy chocolate icing recipe to frost it. And Voila! We’re actually thinking to feature several of our icing recipes in our “recipe of the month” feature in April. Look for those! And for the Amaretto cake…it IS good, isn’t it?? This will definitely make our list of future cakes to feature as a recipe for the month. Enjoy, Nicole! Let us know how the baking ventures go!
